COVID is still very much in our communities and we are here to help you navigate it.  We offer rapid molecular COVID testing and virtual visits if you are known COVID positive and need to be evaluated by one of our Providers.

Covid-19 Vaccinations – The COVID-19 vaccine is now available to anyone age 6 months and older.  Please contact our office to schedule an appointment.

We have implemented the below policies to ensure the safety of everyone in our offices:

  • Any patients with possible COVID-19 related symptoms are using alternative entrances and exits and are being separated from the rest of our patients in-office.

  • All staff are required to wear masks while around patients.  All visitors and patients 2 years and older are encouraged to wear a mask while in our office.
