After Hours Urgent Care Clinics & Advice

After Hours Phone Advice & Triage Service

If you are in need of telephone advice and/or triage services between the hours of 5:00pm – 9:00am on weekdays or anytime on the weekend or a holiday that our offices are closed, please call (623)254-5076 to speak with an After Hours Nurse. There will be a fee of $25.00 per call to use this service. We will bill your health insurance plan for this service. Any amount not covered by your insurance plan will be the patient’s responsibility. This after hours phone service is staffed by experienced, pediatric nurses who will be able to advise you accordingly. If they feel your child should be seen, they will guide you on how to schedule an appointment at a local after hours clinic or to go to the ER (if appropriate). Or if they feel the issue can wait til our offices reopen, they will advise you of that as well.

After Hours Appointments

If you just want your child to be seen while our offices are closed and are not interested in speaking with the After Hours Advice/Triage Nurse, you are welcome to contact or go directly to (if no appointment is needed) an After Hours Clinic without calling the above After Hours Advice and Triage Nurse service. However, please note that the only way to schedule an appointment at the MarinHealth Pediatric After Hours Clinic is by first calling the above mentioned After Hours Nurse Line, who can then transfer you to the Marin After Hours Clinic to schedule an appointment.

When our office is closed, there are many options to consider when you are in need of urgent care, but due to the quality of care and continuity offered, we recommend the three clinics listed below to provide our patients with evening, weekend and holiday appointments with a Pediatrician.

On-Call Doctor

One of the providers from our practice is on-call at all times when our office is closed. If there is an non-life threatening emergency or your child has a complicated problem, the on-call provider can be reached through the answering service by calling either of our main office numbers.
