COVID & Flu Vaccine Scheduling

We are pleased to be currently offering the Flu vaccine and the COVID vaccine for established patients of Golden Gate Pediatrics.

Before scheduling your appointment, please note the below:

We are only able to administer COVID and Flu vaccines to established patients of Golden Gate Pediatrics.
Any patient under the age of 18 years old is required to have a signed waiver by a legal guardian for them to be able to receive the vaccine. If the minor is going to come to the appointment without a legal guardian, make sure to provide them with the appropriate signed waiver form. (Please note the waiver form cannot be completed or submit more than 24 hours before the appointment).
Parents and caretakers of established patients of Golden Gate Pediatrics may also schedule a Flu Shot appointment. We are NOT scheduling COVID vaccine appointments for parents and caretakers. (Please click here for more info on Parents and Guardians receiving the flu vaccine from our office.)
Flu Booster Shots – Children aged 6 months through 8 years who have not previously received ≥2 total doses of the flu vaccine before July 1, 2023 need 2 doses of the flu vaccine, given ≥4 weeks apart.
